Our Company: Artemis Design & Construction was founded in 1989 by its current President, Gwen Longbotham. Ms. Longbotham began working in the construction industry in 1984 as a carpenter with a midsize commercial contracting firm and progressed to the position of Job Superintendent within two (2) years. In 1986 she became the managing partner in Franklin Management Company, originally structured to purchase, redevelop and manage residential real estate. In 1989 she began developing and providing residential remodeling services. With the goal of providing full service residential design and construction, the company was incorporated in 1990 and registered the Trade Name: Artemis Design & Construction in 1994 with the State of Ohio. Artemis is a full-service design/build company that specializes in personalized remodeling projects. We provide design services based on your needs. Our expansive reference list of projects includes room additions, new kitchens, basement renovations, and updated baths, as well as whole-house renovations.

Our Production Team: Artemis employs the "lead carpenter" concept of managing its projects. This means that one of our experienced carpenters is assigned to run your project from start to finish. In addition to technical expertise, conscientiousness and focus on detail and quality are traits we value in our Leads.
