The Design/Build Process...

Phase 1 ~ Preliminary Project Development Contract: 

Typically, Artemis will provide our clients with a proposal detailing the following tasks for their project.  

• Inventory of existing residence and site for preparation of “existing conditions” drawings
• Preparation of preliminary design drawings and preliminary construction budget
• Review of specific site issues with Zoning Officials as necessary
• Review of Preliminary designs and budget with customer in order to confirm design, scope of work and budget

Phase 2 ~ Project Development Completion & Construction:

• Preparation of construction drawings and contract, i.e. final scope of work defining final details/specifications of project and construction budget
• Application for appropriate architectural reviews and building permits, as necessary
• Scheduling of construction and ordering of materials prior to construction start
• Pre-Construction Meeting with On-site Project Manager in order to review Scope of Work, Construction Drawings, Job Schedule, Site Protection and Home Security Requirements
• On-site construction
• End of job project meeting
• Warranty
